Usage Terms

These Usage Terms explain what you may and may not do with digital products purchased from The AI Prompt Shop. They apply unless a product page or file includes different written licence terms.

Your personal-use licence

Your purchase gives one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the product for their own personal projects and internal work. The product itself is licensed, not sold.

What you may do

  • Download and keep a personal backup copy.
  • Reuse prompts and worksheets for your own projects or your own business activities.
  • Edit prompts to suit your needs.
  • Print worksheets for your own use when the file is designed for printing.
  • Use AI-generated outputs in your own personal or business projects when permitted by the terms of the AI platform you use and applicable law.

What you may not do

  • Share, forward, upload, publish, distribute, or give the purchased files or prompt collection to another person.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the product.
  • Repackage the prompts, templates, worksheets, examples, or guides as your own digital product, membership resource, course material, free download, prompt database, or client deliverable.
  • Use the product to create a competing prompt pack, template pack, workbook, or download.
  • Remove ownership notices and claim the purchased product itself as your original work.

Personal use versus commercial outputs

“Personal use only” applies to the purchased product files and their included prompt collection, templates, worksheets, layout, and written guidance. It does not automatically prevent you from using an output you generate in your own business. For example, you may use a prompt to draft your own marketing plan or generate an image for your own project if your AI platform’s terms permit it.

You may not sell or distribute the underlying prompt pack, workbook, template, or a lightly modified version of it. If you need a team, client, resale, redistribution, or extended commercial licence, contact us before purchasing or sharing the material.

AI-platform and third-party rights

Your purchase does not include access to ChatGPT, Midjourney, or any other AI platform. You are responsible for following the current terms, policies, and subscription requirements of the tool you choose. AI outputs may not be unique and may contain errors or material that requires further review. Check trademarks, copyright, publicity, privacy, platform rules, and other third-party rights before publishing or selling an output.

No professional advice or guaranteed results

The products are educational, creative, and organizational resources. They do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. Results depend on your inputs, tools, models, settings, editing, market, and execution. Always review and verify important information.
