All products sold by The AI Prompt Shop are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped.

Digital purchases are generally final

Because digital files can be delivered and accessed immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once a download has been delivered or accessed. Please review the product description, included file details, compatibility information, and usage terms before purchasing.

When we will help

Please contact us promptly if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• the delivered file is missing, incorrect, corrupted, or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement;
• you did not receive the download information and we cannot successfully redeliver it; or
• a refund or other remedy is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

We may first try to resolve the issue by verifying the order, resending the download, supplying the correct file, or providing a working replacement.

Situations that are generally not refundable

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Purchasing the wrong product when the product delivered matches the listing.
• Not having the AI platform, software, subscription, device, or skill described on the product page.
• Disliking an AI-generated output or receiving results different from a product example.
• Failing to download or use an available file.
• Requests based on a price change, discount, or promotion introduced after purchase.

How to request help

Email theaipromptshop@gmail.com or use the contact form. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a description of the problem. Screenshots of an error are helpful, but never send passwords, authentication codes, or full payment-card details.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
