Quick answers about purchasing and using digital products from The AI Prompt Shop.
What do I receive?
Every item in the shop is a digital product. The product page explains the exact file type and contents, which may include PDF prompt guides, printable workbooks, worksheets, examples, or other downloadable resources. No physical item is shipped.
How is my download delivered?
After payment is completed, a download link is provided through Shopify’s digital-delivery system and is normally also sent to the email address used at checkout. See our Digital Download Help page for step-by-step instructions.
Which AI tools are compatible?
Compatibility depends on the product:
- ChatGPT prompt guides and workflow tools: designed for ChatGPT and generally adaptable to Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and other text-based AI assistants.
- AI image prompts: designed for the image generator named on the product page. Prompts may be adapted for other image generators, but syntax and results can differ.
- AI video prompts: intended for the video tool or format identified on the product page. Available features vary by platform and plan.
- PDF workbooks: can be viewed with a standard PDF reader. Printing results depend on your printer and settings.
AI platforms change frequently, and results vary by model, plan, settings, input, and editing. Unless a product page says otherwise, access to an AI platform is not included with your purchase.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
Many text-prompt products work with free versions of popular AI assistants, but model access, file uploads, image generation, video generation, usage limits, and other features may require a paid plan. Check the product description and your chosen platform before purchasing.
What can I create with these products?
Depending on the product, customers can use the included prompts and worksheets to develop:
- AI image concepts such as fantasy characters, anime scenes, surreal artwork, product imagery, patterns, and illustrations;
- video concepts, scene descriptions, shot lists, and story ideas;
- content plans, social posts, email drafts, product ideas, and marketing workflows;
- business, career, planning, and productivity documents; and
- completed worksheets and reusable personal planning systems.
The images and completed examples shown on product pages demonstrate possible directions or fictional examples. They are not guaranteed results. We do not attribute an example to a customer unless it was genuinely submitted by that customer with permission.
Can I use the products commercially?
The purchased files, prompt collections, templates, worksheets, and guides are licensed to the purchaser for personal use and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded, repackaged, or offered as part of another prompt product. You may use what you learn and the outputs you create in your own projects or business, subject to the terms of the AI platform you use and any third-party rights. Read the full Usage Terms.
Are AI results guaranteed?
No. AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable. Review, edit, personalize, and fact-check outputs before using, publishing, or acting on them. Products are educational and organizational resources, not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, or other professional advice.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout is provided through Shopify and the payment options available in your region. Payment information is handled by Shopify and the selected payment provider; The AI Prompt Shop does not receive your full card number. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
What is the refund policy?
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once the download is delivered or accessed. We will help with duplicate purchases, missing or incorrect files, and files that are defective and cannot be replaced. See the Digital Product Refund Policy.
