Using the Seed Parameter of Your Image in MidJourney

Without the seed parameter, the AI software generates different results every time you run the prompt. But with the seed parameter, you can fix this randomness and get consistent results every time you run the same prompt. We'll show you two easy ways to do it, one from within Discord itself, and another using the Mid-Journey website.
Method 1: Finding the Seed from Within Discord
Step 1: Go to the emoticons in Discord and react to the picture you want to find the seed for using the envelope emoji.
Step 2: The bot will send you a direct message with the seed number included.
Method 2: Finding the Seed from the MidJourney Website
Step 1: Go to the MidJourney website and find the picture you want to find the seed for.
Step 2: Click on the picture and then click "copy job ID."
Step 3: Go back into Discord and use the backslash show command.
Step 4: Copy the job ID into the chat and hit enter. This will load the picture into your chat.
Step 5: React to the picture with the envelope emoji, just like in Method 1, and you'll be able to find the seed.
